The Adult Detention Center (ADC) partnered with Hopeful Hearts Ministry for the eighth consecutive year to provide Christmas gifts to children of inmates involved in several programs, including the Re-Entry Dorm, Drug Dorm, Work Release, Work Force, Inmate Trustee program, and Chaplain’s programs. The initiative aimed to offer support and encouragement to families during the holiday season. More than 50 children received gifts as part of this event.

According to organizers, the effort was intended “to bring a little bit of joy and a lot of hope to their families this holiday season.”

This partnership is part of ongoing efforts by local organizations to support inmates’ families and promote positive connections during challenging times.
