On Sunday, April 27, former Kettle Run High School standout Alexah Gordon’s current college team, the Christopher Newport Captains, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Mary Washington Eagles.

The game took place at Captains Park. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Captains’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 2:10 p.m. at Captains Park against Mary Washington Eagles.
