Attorney General Jason Miyares has announced the launch of a nationwide claims process for customers of Wall & Associates, Inc. The tax debt settlement company was found by the Fauquier County Circuit Court in 2024 to have misrepresented its salespeople as “tax consultants,” exaggerated average results or savings, and misled about where services would be performed.

The court has mandated that Wall & Associates, Inc., formerly known as E. Kenneth Wall & Associates, Inc., and operating under various names such as Mayfair Tax Help & Relief, Inc., pay restitution to qualified customers. Customers must register their claims with Verus, LLC, the appointed claims administrator, by December 10, 2025.

To facilitate this process, Verus has set up a website at www.WallConsumerClass.com for collecting customer information. Customers can also reach out to Verus via phone at 609-283-5393 or by mail at P.O. Box 6535, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Currently, the court has not yet determined specific eligibility criteria or the amount of restitution that will be distributed to eligible claimants.
