Of the 41,174 citizens living in Manassas in 2019, 30,115 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 15,169 of those people were female and 14,946 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
