City of Manassas Park issued the following announcement on Oct. 19

City Announcement: Construction Activities on Scott Drive, Forrest Street, and Colburn Drive

Please note the below construction activties that may affect traffic patterns. 

  1. Tuesday, September 14th for Scott Drive (Mill Deep Cut the Center ONLY of Scott Drive). City crews will come in immediately following for subgrade repair. Subsequently, the contractor will immediately return to complete the 2” Mill & Overlay, which is expected to start November 4-5, 2021
    • Scott:  Milling 11/4, Paving 11/5 
  2. 11/1-11/5, Mill & Overlay work expected to begin for Forrest Street & Colburn Drive.
    • Colburn:  Milling 11/1-2, Paving 11/3
    • Forrest:  Milling 11/3, Paving 11/4
