City of Manassas changes to Committee of the Whole

City of Manassas changes to Committee of the Whole
0Comments

City of Manassas  issued the following announcement on Feb 9.

The City of Manassas City Council will now hold Committee of the Whole meetings instead of separate Finance, Land Use, Legislative and Appointments committees. Committee of the Whole meetings includes the entire Council and will include reports from each of the four areas if there is an item to be brought forth from them, plus any other items that may need to be addressed in a work session setting. These meetings were consolidated as a way to enhance communication and openness to our residents while giving more ease of access to the meetings by all being on one night. In this way, those who wish to attend only need to attend on one evening.
