COUNTY OF PRINCE WILLIAM: Development Services Building Customer Service Guidance for New COVID-19 Measures in Effect May 28, 2021

Prince William County Government, Virginia issued the following announcement on May 28.

The Department of Development Services today provided new customer service guidance regarding COVID-19 social distancing and capacity restrictions that will be lifted by the Governor’s new Executive Order 79 at midnight Friday, May 28, 2021.

Keeping members of the public and employees safe continues to remain one of our top priorities. As part of ongoing safety and security measures, frequent building cleanings will continue and air purification systems will remain in operation.

Customers may expect the following changes in the Development Services Building located at 5 County Complex Ct, Prince William, VA 22192.

Development Services Building – Customer Service Guidance

Entrances are open at the front and back of the building.

Conference rooms are operating at full capacity.

Most of the building’s internal office doors will remain locked.

Signs are posted recommending all people to wear masks, if not fully vaccinated.

Employees who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask.

Employees who are not fully vaccinated are expected and required to continue to wear masks, consistent with CDC guidelines.

The County assumes all employees and members of the public who are not wearing masks are complying with CDC guidelines.
