ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Dykwon Perry Davis, a 26-year-old from Washington, D.C., has pleaded guilty to two felony charges in Alexandria Circuit Court: Abduction with the Intent to Defile and Attempted Rape. The announcement was made by Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares and Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter.
The abduction charge carries a potential maximum penalty of life in prison, while the attempted rape charge could result in up to 10 years of incarceration. There is no plea agreement in place, leaving prosecutors free to seek any sentence they consider appropriate.
These charges stem from an investigation into a reported sexual assault that took place on the night of February 3, 2024, in the Potomac Yard area of Alexandria. The Alexandria Police Department led the investigation and received support from Metro Transit Police in Washington, D.C.
The prosecution was handled jointly by the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Alexandria and the Virginia Attorney General’s Office. Both the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia also contributed significantly to prosecuting this case.
Davis is currently held without bail at William G. Truesdale Alexandria Adult Detention Center. Sentencing is scheduled for November 20, 2025.
