Delegate Ian Lovejoy, a Republican representing Virginia’s 22nd House district, posted a series of brief comments on his Twitter account on February 22, 2026.

At 16:56 UTC, Lovejoy tweeted “Hahahaha. https://t.co/0GirQa3n85”.

Later that day at 18:27 UTC, he wrote “God just shut up. https://t.co/2Jik3WnQ1L”.

His final post of the day at 20:57 UTC stated “Yep. https://t.co/7H5vLA1MnV”.

Lovejoy was elected to the Virginia State House in 2024, succeeding Kathy Byron as the representative for the state’s 22nd House district.
