F.H. Paschen, a longstanding construction and infrastructure development company, has been recognized by the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) with the “Award for Excellence in Building Design and Construction.” This accolade was given for the company’s work on two significant projects: Courtroom Renovations Phase III and the Hybla Valley Community Center.

This marks the second time F.H. Paschen has received this award from Fairfax County, following a similar recognition in 2021 for their work on the Fairfax County Salt Dome construction project. Charles Lawler, Vice President of F.H. Paschen, expressed gratitude for the honor, stating, “We are honored to receive this award from Fairfax County, which speaks to the collaborative spirit, technical excellence, and community focus that define every project we take on.”

Lawler emphasized the company’s commitment to creating functional and inspiring spaces while contributing to civic infrastructure in Fairfax County and the broader Mid-Atlantic region. Since its Mid-Atlantic office opened in 2010, F.H. Paschen has completed over $300 million worth of projects. The office’s team now includes more than 50 employees who focus on areas including Loudoun and Fairfax counties.
