On July 15, 2025, Lovejoy expressed gratitude for a meeting with Chuck Zingler, Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Veterans Services. Later that same day, Lovejoy thanked supporters and highlighted his campaign’s fundraising achievements. He posted: “Thank you all for your support!
