Brennyn Higgins, a former Kettle Run High School star and now a member of the Lees-McRae Bobcats, is set to play in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The Bobcats earned the No. 8 seed and will face the top-seeded Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters in the opening round.
The matchup is scheduled for Friday, March 13 at 5 p.m. at B. Frank Tex Turner Arena.
