Former Patriot High School standout Kaden Bates helped lead the Mary Washington Eagles to a 73-68 victory over the UW La Crosse Eagles on Saturday, March 14, during the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which marked the Eagles’ first encounter with UW La Crosse in the tournament, took place at Ron Rosner Arena at 6 p.m.
The Mary Washington Eagles are scheduled to play their next game on Thursday, March 19 at 9 p.m. at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
