Former Patriot High School player Ethan Kacou helped the Mary Washington Eagles to a 73-68 triumph over the UW La Crosse Eagles on Saturday, March 14 in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest, held at Ron Rosner Arena at 6 p.m., marked the first time Mary Washington faced UW La Crosse in the tournament.
The Eagles move on to their next game on Thursday, March 19, scheduled for 9 p.m. at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
