Parents raise safety concerns as Waymo plans D.C. launch after bus incident

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has initiated a preliminary investigation into approximately 2,000 Waymo self-driving vehicles. This follows reports suggesting that some of these vehicles may have failed to stop for a school bus displaying flashing red lights and an extended stop arm.
