Permits for parking under the Route 123 bridge will be available to residents and businesses in the historic district from 10:00 pm on Friday, June 6th, until 6:30 pm on Sunday, June 8th. The allocation of permits is limited due to restricted parking spaces. Each business or family is eligible for only one permit, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The permits can be collected at Town Hall starting Tuesday, June 3rd. The office hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with extended hours until 6:00 pm on that day. It is mandatory for individuals to pick up their passes in person.

Parking in the commercial district will face suspensions on a rolling basis starting at 9:00 pm on Friday, June 6th, and continuing potentially until as late as 9:00 pm on Sunday, June 8th. This includes areas such as Mill and Commerce Streets and sections of Union, Ellicott, and Washington Streets.
