The Prince William County Republican Committee (PWCGOP) published a series of posts on October 6, 2025, alleging violent rhetoric from a Virginia Democratic candidate for Attorney General. The tweets included strong accusations and referenced controversial statements attributed to the unnamed candidate.

In a post at 19:11 UTC, PWCGOP wrote: ” VA DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL WANTS YOUR CHILDREN TO DIE

Do Virginia Democrats support a candidate who fantasizes about putting “two bullets” in his political opponent’s head, pissing on his grave, and seeing his wife holding their dead kids in her arms? https://t.co/d9wRWVpwxo“.

Later that evening, two additional tweets were posted by the committee. At 20:29 UTC, PWCGOP shared a link with no accompanying text: “https://t.co/82HZ1bTPYu”. This was followed by another similar post at 20:33 UTC: “https://t.co/BnIcDAKsy3”.

The Prince William County Republican Committee is an official local party organization in Virginia that regularly engages in public discourse regarding state and local elections. Social media has become an increasingly common platform for political organizations to share opinions and information about candidates during election cycles.
