PWCGOP, the Prince William County/Manassas Park Republican Committee, published several statements on March 11, 2026, addressing local political developments and encouraging civic engagement among area Republicans.

In a post dated March 11, 2026, PWCGOP shared a message from its chairman Jacob Alderman congratulating Jeannie LaCroix. The statement reads: “Statement on Jeannie LaCroix Victory by PWCRC/MP Chairman, Jacob Alderman”

“As the chairman of the Prince William County/Manassas Park Republican Committee, and on behalf of the members of the Committee, I want to heartily congratulate Jeannie…”.

Later that day, at 14:58 UTC, PWCGOP reached out to local Republicans with an invitation for discussion. The post stated: “City of Manassas Park

Are you a Republican, do you live in Manassas Park?

Let’s talk: https://t.co/v5DIfM4vQi

@ManassasParkGov
@SUV_GOP
@Virginia10GOP”.

At 17:11 UTC on March 11, PWCGOP addressed state-level electoral issues regarding redistricting. The committee wrote: “Virginians: Get out and VOTE NO! The Redistricting Amendment language is a lie and written to confuse! We currently have a fair map which represents every part of this state fairly!

We voted on a nonpartisan way of drawing maps in 2020!

#VoteNo #stopgerrymandering”.

Redistricting has been a contentious issue in Virginia politics. In 2020, voters approved an amendment establishing a bipartisan commission responsible for drawing legislative districts rather than leaving the process solely in the hands of lawmakers. This change was intended to make redistricting less partisan and more transparent.
