PWCGOP, the official Twitter account of the Prince William County Republican Committee, posted a series of tweets on October 30, 2025, addressing early voting in Prince William County and referencing comments attributed to Jay Jones.

In a tweet published at 3:58 p.m. on October 30, PWCGOP wrote: “If you happen to bump into any of these fine Prince William County Democrats at early voting, ask them if voted for @jonesjay and why? ‘If those guys die before me, I will go to their funerals to piss on their graves… ‘ Jay Jones wrote.”

Later that day at 4:11 p.m., PWCGOP shared information about early voting locations and times in the county: “Vote Early | Today | THURSDAY Locations (8.30am till 4.30pm today): A.J. Ferlazzo Building Brentsville Courthouse DMV Woodbridge Dumfries Community Center Haymarket Gainesville Library Office of Elections”.

At 5:58 p.m., another tweet from PWCGOP focused on Virginia Delegate Elizabeth Guzman, stating: “If you happen to bump into @guzman4virginia in the coming days, ask her if she voted for @jonesjay and why? ‘If those guys die before me, I will go to their funerals to piss on their graves… ‘ Jay Jones wrote.”

Jay Jones is a former member of the Virginia House of Delegates who has previously been involved in state-level politics. The quoted statement attributed to him appears to be controversial language used in a past communication or social media post.

The tweets come as part of broader efforts by local political parties to mobilize voters ahead of upcoming elections in Prince William County. Early voting is an option available at multiple locations throughout the county during specified hours.
