The Prince William County Republican Committee (PWCGOP) posted a series of tweets on July 30, 2025, addressing local political developments and figures. The posts included calls to action for the upcoming VA-11 Special Election and commentary on Virginia Senator Mark Warner.

In the first tweet, PWCGOP encouraged Fairfax County residents to participate in early voting and support their party’s candidate: “Friends, do you live in Fairfax County, have you voted early yet: Stewart Whitson is the Republican candidate in the VA-11 Special Election. Stewart needs your help: Knocking Doors Making Calls Helping at Early Voting Locations @stew_whitson @FairfaxGOP https://t.co/xehUGjCxYG” (July 30, 2025).

Shortly after, PWCGOP addressed Senator Mark Warner directly with a message suggesting it was time for him to retire: “Don’t take it personally @MarkWarner, but it’s time to retire! Cc @pwcdanica https://t.co/HNPTniMz0g” (July 30, 2025).

In a third tweet posted later that morning, PWCGOP referenced Senator Warner again with a statement implying forthcoming revelations: “Carpool Karaoke: @MarkWarner will be singing like a bird soon! @FBIDDBongino https://t.co/moEAMLCue1” (July 30, 2025).

PWCGOP is the official Republican committee representing Prince William County in Virginia. The VA-11 Special Election referenced in the tweets concerns an open seat in Virginia’s 11th Congressional District. Early voting has become an increasingly prominent feature of elections across Virginia and other states.

Senator Mark Warner has served as one of Virginia’s U.S. Senators since 2009 and has previously faced criticism from opposing parties regarding his tenure and policy positions.
