Reginald Barnes does much more than oversee the daily operations of surgical equipment for the Operating Room at Sentara Virginia Beach General—he coordinates staff lunches for his team and makes time to recognize service anniversaries, too. 

He says that’s one of the reasons he continues to work at Sentara, because of the many ways employees are supported.
