Event Description
Prince William Public Libraries (PWPL) invites you to toast to our newly opened Manassas City Library. While the library has been open since February 2021, now is time to meet and celebrate it in person.
Manassas City Library is within walking distance of several nearby neighborhoods and serves both county and city residents. It offers “Take and Make” activities, STEAM programs, composting activities and free access to e-books, e-audio, mobile Wi-Fi hotspots, digital and print magazines as well as entertaining and educational programs. The library also has two study/meeting rooms and 12 public computers and free, high-speed Wi-Fi.
PWPL brings people, information, and ideas together to enrich lives and build community in a welcoming, inclusive environment. With 12 libraries throughout the county, a vast digital online catalog, and a rich history of educational programs and community outreach services, PWPL is the hub connecting residents to the power of information.
Come to join us as we celebrate our newest library in our community, explore delicacies by Vera's Kitchen, a Manassas based restaurant serving an exotic fusion of Ethiopian and American food, and take a chance to win a raffle prize.
