This is a support group for new mothers up to one year postpartum who are experiencing anxiety or depression (the #1 most common complication of pregnancy and childbirth). Infants up to one year of age are welcome.
We will meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
