 31% of our global workforce is female, 

As we come to the end of #WomensHistoryMonth, we celebrate our fourth consecutive year of increased female representation at Micron. 31% of our global workforce is female, exceeding industry standards. But we recognize there is more work to do, especially when it comes to increasing the representation of Black and Hispanic women in the workforce and advancing women in technical and leadership roles.

That’s why we are excited to work closely with our partners at Catalyst, who are committed to advancing intersectional gender equity in the workplace. Partnerships like this help us accelerate our progress through collaboration and knowledge-sharing. It’s this consistent effort that will help us create a more diverse and inclusive Micron for women and for all
