Amanda Foxwell, General Manager of Parrish Services, said the company is dedicated to providing its clients with the latest innovative options in HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. Parrish Services was recently acquired by Ace Hardware.

Parrish Services functions as a comprehensive one-stop solution for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. In 1996, Alan Givens founded the company in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. As the company's first employee, Givens established a reputation for high-quality service while operating out of his home's basement. In response to increasing demand, Givens expanded Parrish Services to include plumbing and electrical divisions. Foxwell joined the company in 2005, starting as a customer service representative and advancing to the position of General Manager in 2019. Utilizing advanced scheduling technology, Parrish Services offers clients a centralized platform to access service records and coordinate multiple appointments.

In an interview, Foxwell said Parrish Services provides 24/7 turnkey home repairs and service. "Certified in three trades and factory-trained, our technicians can repair, install, and maintain your home’s essential mechanical systems," Foxwell said. "Parrish offers annual maintenance memberships for all three trades as well as generators, gas logs, humidifiers, and geothermal equipment."

According to the company website, Parrish Services offers heating repair and heating installation, drain repair, sewer repair, any HVAC repair or installation, as well as plumbing and electrical options.

Parrish Services was recently acquired by Ace Hardware. Foxwell called the partnership a "significant milestone for our team" and said that joining with Ace will allow the company to expand and grow while delivering quality service. "The alignment of values, purpose, and vision between Parrish Services and Ace Hardware is truly remarkable," Foxwell said. She added that the company plans to expand its current customer base, as well as take on new employees, to serve the Northern Virginia area. Parrish Services currently serves Alexandria City and Prince William, Fairfax, Loudoun and Arlington Counties.

Parrish Services is the recipient of numerous distinguished awards, including National Contractor of the Year in 2015, Two-Time Runner-Up: National Contractor of the Year, and Three-time Virginia Contractor of the Year by the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC).
