On November 25, 2024, Rep. Spanberger shared information about new bipartisan legislation aimed at criminalizing the publication of revenge pornography. She highlighted the initiative as following Virginia's lead to provide victims with adequate legal recourse. In another tweet from the same day, Rep. Spanberger emphasized her support for criminalizing non-consensual intimate images, including deepfakes and digitally altered images. She stressed the importance of protecting Americans from becoming victims as AI technologies continue to develop. "I'm backing an effort to criminalize the publication of non-consensual intimate images — including deepfake and digitally altered images."

Later that day, she expressed her gratitude for collaborating with community leaders such as Mark Casper from Tech For Troops VA. She mentioned presenting him with a framed copy of a bill signed into law aimed at distributing refurbished government computers to veterans."I've been honored to work with community leaders like @TechForTroopsVA CEO Mark Casper during my time in Congress."
