The workforce of the future in the #semiconductor industry will be made up of talented #engineers and technicians with diverse skill sets and backgrounds. 

Last week we spent time with #Idaho students as well as local, state and federal leaders celebrating Apprenticeship Week and the possibilities #apprenticeship programs create for nontraditional pathways to #STEM careers. We look forward to welcoming the first cohort of the Micron Technician Apprenticeship Program to our #Boise headquarters in 2023!
