At 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, the Wagner Seahawks, the college team of former Osbourn Park High School star Keith Davis, suffered a 16-5 defeat to the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in an NCAA Division I baseball contest.

The matchup was held at Bainton Field and marked the first meeting between the two teams this season.

Davis appeared for one inning on the mound, tallying one walk and striking out one batter.

The Seahawks are slated to play their next game Friday, March 13, at 3 p.m. at LIU Baseball Stadium against the LIU Sharks.
