Governor Glenn Youngkin and Attorney General Jason Miyares have announced an investigation into Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS). This follows reports that the school is investigating three male students who voiced concerns about a biological female in the boys’ locker room. The female student, identifying as male, reportedly used her cell phone to capture the reactions of the male students upon entering.
Governor Youngkin and Attorney General Miyares expressed their disapproval of these developments. They also confirmed that Attorney General Miyares will lead an inquiry into the actions of LCPS regarding this matter.
