Governor Glenn Youngkin has announced new appointments to several administration roles and state boards in Virginia. The positions span a range of sectors, including health and human resources, agriculture and forestry, education, labor, and public safety.

The Office of the Governor will see changes in its administrative staff. Within health and human resources, appointments have been made to relevant departments. In the field of agriculture and forestry, new members have joined the Peanut Board.

Education sector appointments include new members to the Board of Visitors of the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind. For health and human resources oversight, appointees have been named to the State Child Fatality Review Team as well as to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program.

Labor-related changes involve new appointments to the Auctioneers Board. In public safety and homeland security, individuals have been selected for both the Criminal Justice Services Board and the Secure and Resilient Commonwealth Panel.
