Governor Glenn Youngkin has announced new appointments to several educational boards across Virginia. These appointments include the Board of Visitors for a number of universities and colleges in the state.
The list includes institutions such as Christopher Newport University, College of William & Mary, George Mason University, James Madison University, Longwood University, Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University, Radford University, Richard Bland College, and the University of Mary Washington. Additionally, it encompasses the Board of Visitors for the University of Virginia and its affiliated schools.
Further board appointments cover Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Military Institute, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), and Virginia State University.
Moreover, Governor Youngkin has made appointments to the State Board for Community Colleges and the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.
