PM Certified: Residential Property Management 101 (Virtual)

Residential Property Management 101 will sharpen the foundational skills necessary for starting and running a successful property management business. Learn key rules, operating guidelines, and business models to enhance your role as a property manager.
CE/PL Approved: 6 Hours Real Estate Related CE; 2 Hours Current Industry Issues/Trends PL.
Pre-registration is required. This class will be offered virtually.
This course includes an exam that will be provided electronically at the end of the class. Please be prepared to take the exam.
