City of Manassas Park issued the following announcement on Feb. 28
UPDATE 2: The fiber line issue has been resolved and all systems including the payment portal are back online. Thank you for your patience.
UPDATE 1: Comcast is aware of the outage and is working to repair the fiber line. At this time, the payment portal is down. We will provide an update when we are back online. For those attempting to pay bills online using the portal today and cannot due to this issue, the late fee will be waived.
Please note all City Hall offices are experiencing issues with phone connectivity due to a construction-related cut dark fiber line. Please contact City Hall via email if you have any questions. We will provide an update when connectivity is back. We apologize in advanced for any inconvenience.
