VETERANS DAY PARADE
The Tazewell Veterans Parade committee would like to invite area Veterans to participate in the 10th Annual Tazewell Veterans Parade. The parade will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Line up for the parade begins at 12:30 p.m. at Tazewell High School. The parade will leave Tazewell High School promptly at 2:00 p.m., in route to Main Street. Upon arrival to Main Street, there will be a small ceremony to honor our veterans at the Veterans Memorial, followed by a catered meal for Veterans participating in the parade at Main Street United Methodist Church.
Community support and participation is a vital part of helping to make this parade a huge success. Area Community Organizations, Churches, Schools, Businesses, Car Clubs, Law Enforcement Agencies, and Emergency Service Units are encouraged to participate in the parade. Decorate a car, a float, ATV, UTV, Truck, etc. and let your patriotism shine!
